The day I can write something like This Is Us, I will call myself a writer.
Just finished watching episode 11 of season 6 of This Is Us. People who have seen the past 5 seasons know what I am talking about when I say that I sobbed with love while watching this. I knew from the trailer that little jack will get lost for a while so no surprise when this shocking thing happened. But the way he gets lost in the story. Imagine a kid who can not see wears his shoes and walks out of the house with his walking stick. All while singing in his baby voice the song his mom taught him about the neighborhood walk to the park. This makes you cry and feel the feelings of a toddler.
Only a real writer can do this. I love This Is Us and will be really sad to see this go.
