Need me some Sleep

I stumbled upon a book online “The Sleep Revolution” by Arina Huffington and I loved that someone actually invested time on sleep. Right now, what I am feeling is exactly what happens to you when you are constantly sleep deprived: fogginess, slow reflexes, memory weakness, unexplained tiredness and gloominess. I really want someone to read me this book as a lullaby tonight.

I wonder sometimes that in order to attain the life that I am trying ti build for myself pillar by pillar, I am letting go of the most important factor of my life: My sleep. Will it be worth it?
